Portland Block Management provide great customer service to all its clients. If there any problems, all it takes, is a simple email or phone call , and the Team will rectify the problem as soon as they can, or will schedule extra maintenance tasks to suit the resident. They will always keep you informed via email or by letter, and will take ownership of the problem. If need be, they will liase with council services to get the problem fixed. The maintenance team regularly keep all the areas clean, and proactively keep the gardens looking good. This enables residents to use these areas safely. The BIN areas are kept clean, and if any unwanted rubbish appears, it will be promptly removed. The guy who services my block of flats goes that extra mile to make the outside areas tidy. Refurbishment of communal areas, exterior doors and windows will be dealt with whenever the need arises, I am extremely happy with all the services provided by Portland Block Management, and have been in receipt of their services for several years
